Registration
PaydayPounds.com only gathers personal identifiable information ("PII") that is volunteered during the registration process or in response to specific information requests. Examples of PII that may be requested consist of name, address, email address, and telephone number. Anyone completing and submitting any of the forms (including our newsletter) on the PaydayPounds.com domain is considered a "registrant". In addition, PaydayPounds.com may gather your IP address and information through use of electronic "cookies". When you register with PaydayPounds.com, you automatically allow registration in all the other online properties in the PaydayPounds.com network (collectively, the "Network Sites"). PaydayPounds.com reserves the right to use registrant PII: (1) for the specific purpose for which such information was provided (including matching registrants with a payday loan company or companies); Please be aware that in the process of matching registrants with a lender or service provider we provide registrant PII to those companies. In addition, in order to determine whether your registration information meets their lending criteria they may access your credit report or credit information through a credit bureau or similar service, which may result in one or more inquiries on your credit report. (2) As disclosed at the time such information is provided (3) as disclosed in this Policy. However, please note that PaydayPounds.com may change this Policy at any time and therefore may in the future use registrant PII for additional purposes not currently included in this Policy.

In addition, PaydayPounds.com may share registrant PII with its partners, sponsors, advertisers, service providers and marketers' lookup and reference services and any other entities that PaydayPounds.com believes are able to provide registrants with special offers and opportunities. Note that although PaydayPounds.com advises everyone who receives registrant PII from PaydayPounds.com to support this Policy, PaydayPounds.com has no control over such party's information use practices and is not liable for any failure of such party to adhere to this Policy.

As a requirement of registration, registrants agree that PaydayPounds.com may share their PII with the Network Sites and unaffiliated third parties. If you do not concur that PaydayPounds.com may share your PII with such parties, you may not register on PaydayPounds.com, and if you are already registered, you must immediately cancel your account, by following the instructions in "Opting-Out of Further Communications". Finally, PaydayPounds.com may disclose registrant PII in order to: (1) comply with applicable laws; (2) respond to governmental inquiries; (3) comply with valid legal process; and (4) protect the rights or property of PaydayPounds.com, the Network Sites or other registrants of this Site.

By providing us with your personal information on the website or in the course of using our services, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data, and any other data we acquire about you from third-party service providers in the process of evaluating you for a loan to consumer credit lenders and their affiliates. These companies may be located outside the EU.

Do Not Call Registry Compliance
By submitting personal contact and/or financial information through (PaydayPounds.com domain), the user hereby grants written permission to PaydayPounds.com, its affiliated sites, and its business partners for contact via telephone, mail, and/or e-mail. Further, by registering at PaydayPounds.com you are consenting to receive phone calls from PaydayPounds.com, its affiliated sites, and its business partners for contact via telephone, including but not limited to lenders that may contact you regarding a loan and thereby registrants waive their right to file a claim with the FTC or any other agency in reference to these calls or contacts.

Third Party Offers
By registering at PaydayPounds.com, you may receive follow-up contacts/offers from third party companies. We cannot be responsible for the services or representations of third party advertisers.

Links and Redirects to Other Sites
PaydayPounds.com contains links to other sites. Additionally, upon submission of your application, you may be redirected to another site outside of our Network. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.

Opting-Out of Further Communications
PaydayPounds.com registrants may opt-out of receiving further communications from PaydayPounds.com. Registrants may, at any time, choose not to receive promotional emails from PaydayPounds.com or the Network Sites by (1) following the "unsubscribe" instructions in any PaydayPounds.com e-mail received by registrant, or (2) visiting our "Remove Me" page on PaydayPounds.com. Note that unsubscribing from one email list does not automatically unsubscribe you from any other email list that you may be on. Please read the email carefully to find out which list you are unsubscribing from.

Must Be 18 Years or Older
PaydayPounds.com or its Network is neither intended for, nor directed to, children under the age of 18. If PaydayPounds.com learns that a person who registers on the Site is under the age of 18, PaydayPounds.com will promptly delete that individual's registration.

Transfer In Certain Circumstances
In its sole discretion, PaydayPounds.com may transfer, sell or assign information collected on and through this Site, including without limitation, PII and other registrant-provided information, to one or more third parties, as a result of the sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation of PaydayPounds.com and/or Network Sites.

Our Right To Contact You
The use of Company web site constitutes an existing business relationship between Company or any of its affiliates with whom Company shares information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The use of Company web site qualifies as consent to be contacted by, including but not limited to, telephone and email for changes in account status, changes in subscriber agreements, marketing opportunities, privacy policies and/or any other policies or agreements relevant to you or your account.

Foreign Use of the Website
To the extent that you are accessing the Website while domiciled outside of the United States, you acknowledge that the Personal Information you are providing Company is collected and stored in the United States and therefore consent to the transfer of information to and storage of the information outside of your domiciled country and in the United States. SMS Service
Company may make available a service through which you can receive messages on your wireless device via short message service ("SMS Service"). Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your name, address, cell phone number, your provider's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages. You represent that you are 18 years of age and the owner or authorized user of the wireless device on which messages will be received, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges. In addition to any fee of which you are notified, your provider's standard messaging rates apply to our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Company will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis. Company may also obtain the date, time and content of your messages in the course of your use of the SMS Service. We will use the information we obtain in connection with our SMS Service in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If fees are charged to your wireless account invoice, we may provide your carrier with your applicable information in connection therewith. Your wireless carrier and other service providers may also collect data about your wireless device usage, and their practices are governed by their own policies.

You acknowledge and agree that the SMS Service is provided via wireless systems which use radios (and other means) to transmit communications over complex networks. We do not guarantee that your use of the SMS Service will be private or secure, and we are not liable to you for any lack of privacy or security you may experience. You are fully responsible for taking precautions and providing security measures best suited for your situation and intended use of the SMS Service. We may also access the content of your account and wireless account with your carrier for the purpose of identifying and resolving technical problems and service-related complaints.

Company may use personal information to provide the services you've requested, including services that display customized content and advertising. Company may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services. Company may share aggregated and non personal information with third parties business associates. When Company uses business associates to assist Company in processing your personal information, Company requires that they comply with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Company may also share information with third parties, including but not limited to, when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services.

You may remove your information from Company's database. If you remove your information from Company's database it will no longer be used by Company for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties, or used by Company or third parties to send promotional correspondence to you. You may remove your information by sending your request by sending "STOP", "END", "QUIT" to the SMS text message you have received.

If the e-mail address you provide to Company is a wireless e-mail address, you agree to receive messages at such address from Company or its business associates (unless and until you have elected not to receive such messages by following the instructions in the unsubscribe portion of this policy). You understand that your wireless carrier's standard rates apply to these messages.
